TERMS OF CONTEST.  By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.  To participate in the contest, access Pet-Pages.Net through the Internet by typing www.pet-pages.net and submit a contest short story entry form and photograph as outlined on the site.  All of the contest entries will be judged by Pet-Pages helpers, whose decisions are binding and final.  All entries become the exclusive property of Pet-Pages and will not be returned.
